This looks like a good deal because it's free for one or two months. The question is: is there an obligation to buy after the free period is over?

"This looks like a good deal because it's free for one or two months. The question is: is there an obligation to buy after the free period is over?"

- Well you cant just sign up for two free months then split... that would be downright rude... LOL You would have to commit to 6 months and obviously that comes with our customer satisfaction guarantee.

:-)

"Why did you change the name to critical...."
-We did not change anything. Critical.net is Critical.net... always was, always will be.

You must provide VALID government identification.
Commit to 6 months minimum and thereafter its month to month.
No real hard terms. No Credit Checks required but you must be
verified to be a human who is real. :-)

OH, and NO initial payment due! RIGHT. <--- YES YOU HEARD ME RIGHT.

Interesting, reuse the domain for something completely unrelated after you rebrand...

Trouble is, I'm having trouble remembering what they rebranded to. I had to think for a bit. Was it suavemente?

Long story.. Split died off... was pure adult hosting...
Messy Divorce etc.... it was shut down.
Afterward I started Suavemente. So no, its not a "rebrand", its an entirely
new company.

Ok, I'm really confused now. I didn't know you had anything to do with splitinfinity.

split = suavemente = critical?

Ahhh, good ole Sticky... .he is not affiliated with us at all.
Thats like a long time ago, I barely remember him.

Regarding facilities:

We own our own data-center, provide multi-homed bandwidth on Level3, Time Warner Telecom.

We have a 650KVa Generator, Liebert UPS system, Liebert Air Conditioning.

Take a peek here:
http://www.cdn-advisor.com/level-3-t...-data-network/

Note: in the press release they say they provide colocation to us... they do not...
Well "technically" they do... but its not for servers.... We are co-located in their leased transport cages in all their data centers across the usa.

However for colocation, we have our own facilities.
Come take a tour?

Time Warner I didn't know they did colo networks, I hate that company. I would seriously throw something else in the blend just to avoid being affiliated with their horrible rep. Even XO or Verio might be around the same price but at least with a better reputation. Just saying, no offense.

Owning it would be a mis-use of the term... They lease Suite C in the building which is 3,673 SQFT RSF. Level(3) and other communications providers also lease space in the building.

Was the name change to Critical part of the fallout from your ROKSO listing for Chris Jester/Suavamente? You are "retired' now according to ROKSO... but who ever quits?

Just like I don't "OWN" the 21,000sqft of datacenter space we operate. Although we are going to be purchasing our own building in 2012, we're not 'owners' yet
