Youtube has added some good features for producers to allow their content to be on the site in exchange for a share of the ad revenue. Perhaps some other sites will do the same - working legally with the people who invested in producing the material.

There are many tubes I see in a 5 minute search who offer 'incentives' to their members to upload content. While I am not going to say they proactive know it's all stolen or what not (as there is an exception to every rule). Looking at most profiles you can see that the content is mismatched and watermarked from a ton of different companies.

Most who I doubt would knowingly allow full length anything uploaded.
