Looking to compare recipes.

I just started throwing an egg in a protein shake with a banana and fresh blueberry's.

Anyone else start off your day with a kick ass shake?

Frozen Broccoli, Spinach and berries. Some Citrucel fiber, a scoop of protein powder and about 5 bananas.

Taste great but I would like to get some fiber in there or start doing oatmeal again.

Maybe the egg or protein has some fiber, I should check it out.

Carrot and orange smoothie. Lately ran out of oranges, replaced with a lemon and found it works pretty well too, the carrot stops it from being too bitter so it's only slightly tangier than the oranges
