I have no idea who Paul Coelho is, but if he or any author, musician, band, movie producer, porn chick or any other person who spent time and money creating art of some kind wants to give their content away for free or try alternative distrbution methods to gain attention, traffic and monetize it with ads, straight sales or whatever, that is their prerogative. The problem arises when people decide for themselves that they should be able to help themselves to the media that others created without compensating them.

For your first argument:
That's because the car is build to hold X amount of people. If you share it with more people at the time than you paid for you will be fined by highway patrol.
For your second argument:
It's funny that you mention cars specifically in your argument in a phrase where you say no other industries police their "content"
I remember some years ago I believe both Mercedes Benz and BMW was threatening people with lawsuits who shot porn having their logo visible in the shoot.

I could name several other industries as well if you like, including the telecom industry.

To your own defense I have to admit that the usage of the cars was before "the cloud" so it's very likely that the car manufactures didn't understand fair usage and time shifting, they may understand the concept a lot better now if you could explain them how all the time shifted content have helped both the music, movie and adult industry

You've been reusing the same 3-4 arguments over and over again throughout the last year or so disregarding how people are being put to jail, fined and the companies who benefit from it are going out of business, do you really sincerely believe you are correct with your statements ?

Your argument makes zero sense.

You can buy or lease a car. There are two models. If you lease, you follow their rules. If you buy, you make your own. They make the product and decide on the ways they will sell it to you.

Content owners have the same rights. If you are a porn company and buy content, you can buy it from the producer outright and own all rights, or they can assign you certain rights.

When you buy a Hollywood movie, or any other content, you are buying it and agree to the rights.

Unless someone signs over their copyright to you, you play by the established rules.
