I had a tragic thing happen in your family so thanks for not shutting of till I paid - I tried but the 3 digit was unreadable and every time I try to login to my account to try and pay I get a prompt that Internet EXP must close... (I know But i review with it so) but I cant pay and been trying last night...

I did leave a message and my stuff is still up so I am gonna try again or answer your phone!!! been with phat for 02 or 03 and they are stellar

What happened affects my life big time and I been a basket case can hardly do anything plus I am a chronic pain all shot is my body - plus they got me on sedatives the shit I done is crazy..

put in a support ticket. they always respond quick.and they are usually prettygood about not shutting stuff down. Linkspun stayed up for a while when jdough went missing and it's still online. Thanks amerinoc

Fuck firefox anymore.. keep crashing my nvidia drivers.. been a widespread bug for nearly a year now and they haven't bothered to fix it.

You need to check your email spam folder, or look at your email closer, I've replied to every one of your emails over the last week, repeatedly telling you that I extended the deadline out past what you requested to help you out during this trying time. In all the years you've hosted with us, we have always worked through the ups and downs with you, it's no different this time.

You can log into the client portal or the web based help desk to view the tickets if your gmail account is having issues. If you lost your PW you can always reset it from the login page.

So you are saying you will not shut his sites down and delete his server even though no payment was received?
