That is exactly it. It is all above the line and it can be placed in your T&C's.
We don't promote ourselves as "fake profiles", we are the Live Angels and we are there to stimulate activity on the dating sites.

How do you track prior conversation to increase the ongoing communication to the member? Is a plugin needed for the dating site, or do you have an API their system needs to plug into.

What you are offering is nothing ground breaking as many dating sites already do this in-house, but many have struggled with the conversation management to keep the interest going. Can your system keep the conversation going even through the conversion? At what point is the communication cut off? How is the "let-down" of the user when he realizes they will never actually meet in person?

All dating sites already have some items in their t&c which says something about "this is an entertainment service using live operators to increase the customer experience" . Very few customers actually read or realize that.

Yes, exactly...they are just virtual companions or "ice breakers".
Similar in concept to the automated bots that so many dating sites use, except that we use real live chat operators and we are completely transparent about what we are providing and the benefits it gives to the users as well as the dating site owners.

Hey Sharky, thats a great question...let me know if this explains things a bit better.
I know that we aren't offering anything very groundbreaking, but I can absolutely confirm that we are offering a better solution at a much lower cost than the people who are doing it in-house...and far more efficient.
We also have our own proprietary platform, called LOOP, that monitors and tracks all all aspects of our activity. Our clients all have their own access to LOOP so they can see all their activity and monitor progress.
Yes, our system can carry the conversation beyond the conversion, this was part of what makes LOOP so efficient.
The "let-down" is inevitable in the cases where the users obviously don't bother to read the T&C's...but we go an extra step further with many of our current dating site clients.

The idea is to openly present this service to your members in a manner that remains very appealing to them while still being totally honest and transparent about the service we are providing.
We call this service "Live Angels?". You would use these 'Live Angels' as your way of explaining to the users that you have actually hired a team of qualified and sexy operators to stimulate and elevate the overall experience on your sites.

We present our operators as "Live Angels".
Users can actually browse your profiles and they may come across one of our 'Live Angel' Profiles that we have created.

I believe we have a couple of options for plugging in...but the standard is through an API we provide for you.
As I understand it, my technical team telsl me it's quite simple actually...but there are some different variables depending on the actual format and interface of the dating site.
Sometimes we are able to get plugged in within hours, and sometimes it can take a few days.

It's really beneficial for new dating sites as well as established dating sites.
We have both type of clientele and we are seeing some nice results in both cases.

The good thing about the service is, there is no minimum...so you can test it out for a week or a month and if it doesn't work you aren't bound by any sort of commitment.
The only time we might typically require some sort of commitment is if you wish to start off with high volume of chat services. In those cases I usually have to hire more resources and operators to handle the volume we are managing and would require some sort of commitment. This typically happens with our larger well-established clients only at the moment.

All the answers are based on whatever it says in the Live Angels profile.
We offer all sorts of chat services, so if the user wants to cyber via instant messenger or any other method of chat then we can easily accomodate.
