And the chickens and gators in those "farms" live horrible cruel lives. It's actually more humane to hunt and eat animals than it is purchase most store/restaurant meats.

looks like a massive salt water croc to me, protected in Australia and many parts of the world but also commercially farmed in poorer nations mainly for their skin and so ladies can have colorful handbags.

They did that in Aus they'd be in jail.

"I am totally disgusted by the [hunting] pics I have seen."

"I wouldn't spend another nickel with them."

"At the end of the day," Lemonis continued, "when you associate with someone, you have to deal with consequences that go along with them. Whether they hunt or not is irrelevant to me...I saw a leopard and an elephant [in the safari photos]. I wasn?t crazy about that. This isn?t anything personal against Donald Trump himself or the show. People are going to hunt. I know Trump himself is not an advocate of hunting. I just don?t agree with what happened. I have a right to choose who I am affiliated with. We won?t be a sponsor in the future."

Depends on its diet. I've had gator that was fed chicken and small game and I've had gator that fed on fish. The gator that fed on fish was disgusting(very fishy) while the fowl fed gator tasted like... chicken.

I really doubt those assholes at that leopard, elephant or other large game animals. I would definitely want to try some of that water buffalo. That thing looks tasty.

Sly: They have fenced in 'areas' that i suppose you could call a farm without the domestication of wild boar or deer. I love both of them. Especially the wild boar that eat the nuts in the mountains of spain. Now that is some damn good ham.

I'd never go hunting but I'd also never turn away a venison tenderloin from a friend that does.

That's available but it's not very common. What portion of those two animals eaten is farmed like that? I'm guessing somewhere below 10%.

My friend's restaurant does. I don't think I go to any other restaurants that serve wild game like that. My friend's dad took a chopper ride over some wild boar farm so he could inspect it all before he decided to use them as his supplier. Wild boar and venison aren't very common on restaurant menus. It's not like they serve it at Outback Steakhouse.
