Is that Canadian law or just your personally held beliefs? And as someone else said, 17 is not exactly a young boy. I am pretty sure you would have wanted to be called a young man by the time you reached 17. I was at 14.

he left his car to follow the kid....the 911 dispatcher told him they dont need him to follow.
so he was following some kid around like a creep. all while holding onto a handgun.

the kid is now dead....the death was 100% avoidable...so zimmermoron is guilty

Here in Canada, you can only retaliate with equal and proportionate force. So if you are in a fist fight, using a hand gun is not justified.

Lets waste taxpayer money though and let zimmermoron have his day in court. I for one can't wait to hear his eloquent speech on how he is a champion of the people. It was just this once he made a mistake and killed a 17 year old KID.

In my mind a boy is a man at 16. However, my feelings on this case wouldn't change even if Zimmermoron had shot down a 47 year old card carrying member of the crips/bloods/whatever. Don't follow people around with loaded guns. If you follow my advice i think you will find it very hard to find yourself in the middle of a murder trial.

I always want to remind people too that he was on the designated sidewalk, walking to the townhome in which he was staying. This was not a thug out to rob the place, no matter how many times it's repeated that "there'd been robberies by black males in that area".

Are you sure about this? Guess we wont know till the trial, I heard he was walking close to people houses under the roofs, because it was raining. So darting in and out between houses. I believe when the fight took place it was on the sidewalk.

Anyway just trying to remember a few things I heard, I have NO idea if it is true or not.

It is different in every State and Town here, on what you can and can not do.

Sure it is EASY to JUDGE hindsight.

What if Zimmerman was following trayvon without a GUN. (Yes following him, that is what we do in our neighborhood watch here)
Then this person zimmerman was following did a walkby shooting on a house, or broke in and raped someone. You are up a shit creek without a gun.
Yeah Call the Police, LOL they take forever to get there. Police are there to fill out the reports after shit happens.

If you were my neighbor, I would watch over your stuff and your family, because I know you would be mad if all your personal stuff was stolen or your family raped or killed. But hey you can get a nice police report.

Quit Being a Pussy and Letting Criminals run over everyone and YOU turn a blind eye, hoping the cops might show up to do something.

LOTS and LOTS of kids get killed everyday from Gangs, Drug activity, bad parents, this should not even be in the news.....

Hindsight is always different of course but it doesn't matter much. It's already a known fact that Martin was staying there that night and was returning from the store back home.
