Could a conservative state/county look at a vanilla hardcore b/g video which has menstrual bleeding and decide that it's legally obscene because of the blood?

I saw a hardcore scene from a well known paysite where suddenly the chick is bleeding down her ass/thighs - little gross, maybe a little freaky but then I wondered whether the site owner should have rethought the decision to keep it in.

It's just blood. We've all got it inside us and there is around a 25% chance that a woman is bleeding at any given time.

A lawyer might recommend against it, but that's just a relic of woman-hating nonsense. Maybe we should also do it through a hole in the sheet because the chick is going to be bleeding at some point.

Cold water douche during menstruation sounds like something which could increase possibility of infection. Makeup sponge on its own is pretty effective for most shoots where the issue comes up.

No law against bad taste I guess but I don't think it would be found legally *obscene* in a courtroom in today's world ... Notwithstanding some religious based governments -- they would cut off your head there.
