The mention of complaints about those screenshots narrows the pool of possible suspects significantly. There is a very small group of people that would focus on that action.

Great!

In other news.

HulkFile.com has now lost all credit card payment processing and is left with only Bitcoin and CashU.

They are also being sued by Lionsgate

http://variety.com/2014/digital/news...py-1201273600/

If anyone knows and would like to forward us details of the payout accounts Hulkfile use to pay uploaders then we would greatly appreciate that.

Having limited resources, The U.S. Department of Homeland Security have agents on alert, by the Bat Phone in anticipation of your case cracking evidence. You may receive a donation call from $66.3 million Lionsgate CEO Mr. Feltheimer.

Being a laughable marathon imbecile must be exhausting for you.

Here's some more examples of UPLOADTO.US / ULTRAMEGABIT.COM ripping off the industry.

You will note that in some cases the titles are abbreviated or otherwise obfuscated to avoid detection by DMCA agents. It's a tactic that doesn't work - but they try it on anyway.

http://stopfilelockers.com/umb-live/...425fc3da38.jpg

http://stopfilelockers.com/umb-live/...37370e0d30.jpg

Every day thousands of files are added to UltraMegaBit/Uploadto.us - Rudy Corella and friends deliberately target the porn industry and their file locker is allowed on many illegal file sharing forums - however they don't mind pirating mainstream content either.

Note below the TV Series episodes of Orange is the New Black are only available to download if you pay.

http://stopfilelockers.com/umb-live/...5e07e628a1.jpg

Ultramegabit/Uploadto.us is a significant threat - not as big as Rapidgator Netload FileFactory or Uploaded but they are growing rapidly and need to be stopped.

But they are now FBoom.me

AdultKing 08-05-2014 03:22 AM

K2s is still being run as a going concern, however despite that neither site can accept Mastercard right now.

Edit: just did a test on FBOOM.ME and they are relying on the DownloadNoLimit reseller for transactions since they have lost MC.

Some one explain how file lockers are damaging the adult industry?? Is bittorrent also a concern?

By "selling" content they do not own the rights to.

They sell memberships and collect advertising revenue through the distribution of content they neither own nor pay the producers/owners for.

Bit Torrent is also a concern but not the focus of AdultKings StopFileLockers project.

There is more than enough information already contained in this thread to answer your questions. In the meantime I would be a little bit more concerned about your own site.

We actually do go after the payment processing of commercial or member funded torrent trackers and I have for quite some time had a strategy in place to deal with torrents that will unfold over time.

datafile.com fuckers probably upload the content themselves, or if not they definitely do not delete it. They just pretend to then give the pirate a new link

Both of these sites are on our radar.

Meanwhile Rapidgator is now the largest infringer we are monitoring. This week it exceeded Uploaded.net for the most detected infringing files linked to from the piracy sources we monitor.

Rapidgator may think they're getting away with all of the porn piracy, of which there are more than 1 million files but TV and Mainstream Movie piracy is out of control on the site and we're making sure this does not go un-noticed.

FingerPrinter 08-08-2014 09:16 AM

Rapidgator and datafile amount for 60% or more of the dmca notices we send out

I do believe that rapidgator actually deletes files - I don't think datafile does.

And I doubt if either of them actually delete the accounts of repeat copyright infringers... fucking bastards.

GoldBarsXXX 08-10-2014 06:38 PM

keep up the good work

FingerPrinter 08-11-2014 08:44 AM

Are there any active anti-piracy services that specialize in:
verifying repeat infringers are removed from bs file locker affiliate systems
finding what bank merchant aquirer file locker uses
documenting repeat infringer piracy and then reporting to website host and merchant aquirer

Don't need someone to identify piracy, we know where it all is, nor do routine reports, I need someone to focus on repeat infringers using datafile / depfile / upsto.re and manage to get their complete siterip links back online within 24 hours (bullshit) and attack/escalate the reports, not just sending in the regular reports which we already do

We are currently running a project targeting several of these sites specifically.

I'd encourage you to join Adult IP http://www.adultip.org/membership as a full or associate member so that you can gain access to our back end systems and to participate in these special projects.

Well which of AdultKing's haters thought he was full of rubbish?

AdultKing said he'd take FileOM's payment processing away, He has done. And now AdultKing has forced FileOM.com to close it's main site with another file locker Xerver.co picking up the affiliates it had and screwing them over, That's if things go to plan for them.

Statement from the owner of FileOM:
Quote:

The above info which you see is wrong and they are not the one on the link.

Well since you all know we are facing issue with our payment processor , we cant going this way since our funds are freezed for few months. So inorder to save all the affiliates work and your hard earned money. So inorder to save the site , we offered Xerver.co to take over the site and manage it and also they take over the payments to all the affiliates . They have the successful affiliates system and also going to have many new plans.

And we made a approach to Xerver.co and we made a deal to get the site going by merging and also , every one will be paid in the due time and no more delayed request with them which you seen over here. They promised to pay all of you in time for all new request and the pending request in the proposed manner.

The support and trust you made on fileom.com is making me to do better things for you and not to go down without notifying you all , all we need is to keep you all paid and also all your files will be safe like on fileom.com

They also providing support via skype and email , and you can approach them for any help and question related to this. And this is the proposed deal from them and I need you suggestions .

Xerver.co States this :

1. This is a rescue attempt.

It needs all stake holders (Affiliates and Service Providers) to:

Be patient, understanding, supportive and participate for it to succeed.

2. The stakeholders (Affiliates) stand to gain or lose the most from the success or failure of this proposed rescue plan.

3. We ourselves as Xerver.co stand to risk our business and reputation within the industry. Something we have worked tirelessly to build.

4. All payments will be made via a 10 month payment plan. This will mean that active affiliates will be paid monthly for current earnings plus 10% of the outstanding balance owed based on verified figures audited by Xerver.co

The above offer is subject to:

1. Affiliates continuing to post earnings to a value no less than 80% of current monthly average earnings.

2. Payment processors not limiting or withholding funds for any reason whatsoever. Xerver will endeavour to partner with the most reliable and trusted payment processors.

Whilst this is a genuine offer, there are no guarantees and Xerver.co will not be held liable for payments not made as a result of any reason whatsoever.

We reserve the right to adjust this offer or proposal dependent on funds and profitability generated going forward.

The above is what was proposed by Xerver.co as a plan to safe our hard work for the past 1 and a half years, so I believe this must be a decision for everybody to decide on. Please feel free to express your views and thank you for your loyal support.

Note: all your new request will be paid on time , no more delay including the old request . And also all your files and stats will be merged.

It is my understanding that the gauntlet was thrown down by stakeholders over this leak and that the intention is to go after those involved in the matter very hard in order to set examples of them.

I don't think closing a site will be enough for the owners of those that choose to do so, the crime has already been committed and rights holders are looking for "heads on plates".

Damian, courts typically take a very dim view of anyone circumventing court orders even if those court orders are made by consent. The operators of this new site are either young and stupid or foolhardy. It will come back to bite them.

It is true that I put a lot of effort into shutting down FileOM & their processing but we were not the only group involved in applying pressure, so in reality I don't know what tipped the balance back on our favour. All I do know is that they lost all processing shortly after our action.

Flieom reached excessive charge back levels including unauthorized transactions.

The realization is, you don't have the resources to disrupt any level of operations. Carry on.

Simple. Other than the rights holders who don't post here because trolls have taken over the party, the pirates want information, any little tidbit of information about what we're doing. They are desperate because they are losing money big time and they want to see if they can pick up clues as to who we hit next.

It’s been a busy weekend but Xerver has announced that is abandoning the take over of FileOM.

There are several reasons for this, firstly Xerver lost access to some of it’s payment processing after payment processors were notified that Xerver would be processing payments for FileOM, which had lost all ability to process credit cards

Secondly, Xerver painted a giant target on it’s service by taking over a file locker as bad as FileOM was. They immediately escalated our attention and we focussed on them as a high priority – therefore the end is also imminent for Xerver

Why wasn't your glorious participation victory with FileOM and their processing posted on copy control? Maybe because other organizations did the work? Without proof you're not going to convince others that copy control participated.

Real organizations may be investigating Xerver while small time copy control strings on their coat tails as you did with FileOM.

You're a pompous know it all bragging loud mouth who doesn't miss a opportunity to gloat when you've accomplished something. You're posting results of others work with hopes of charitable donations.

edit
in a hour this thread will be on another page because nobody cares.

It was posted on StopFileLockers.com

We don't post news about the Stop File Lockers project on Copy Control.

If you read our tweets over the past few days you'll see we stated pretty clearly we were going after Xerver after they decided to take over FileOM.

Given that you are (a) a fake nick and (b) probably not the sharpest tool in the shed then let me remind you of a few things.

In 2012 we shut down POSOnline.IT - we were responsible for the loss of every one of their merchant accounts - this was decried by POSOnline.IT on the SibSoft forums and documented in this thread.

Fast forward to 2014, we did the same thing again with precisely the same tactics. You can't process for file lockers with questionable content and expect to keep your merchant accounts.
