Which domain zone is better for free adult site for german speaking traffic if you have choose only between .AT or .NU zones?

I want to use only specific domain name, but all common zones like .COM, .NET, .ORG is taken.

.DE is dungerous for adult sites.

So, I can select between .AT or .NU zones only.

What is better for germans?
Please advise!

For the .ch TLD (Switzerland) also only FSK16 stuff is ok for the public part of websites. The police told me, it would be possible to put FSK18 stuff on a public website if there is a working age verification before showing such content.
