CCBILL Open Letter to employees... $200.00 challenge...Serious offer!

Greetings friends,colleagues, industry people,lurkers, scammers, ass hats, know it alls, jerk offs, fuck nuggets, and any I may have missed!

Straight to the point! Ccbill is a wonderful got damn awesome fucking first rate hell of a company! We do not have any major complaints about ccbill at this time!

However we have 1 challenge that we are forced to issue as we have *PATIENTLY* PATIENTLY PATIENTLY and did I say PATIENTLY waited for over 2 months for a definitive response from multiple ccbill reps about when the inaccurate and erroneous form hits and form submission stats reports would be fixed and working again.

We do not feel it is acceptable or excuseable that the specific stats that we feel are most vital which are form submissions and form hits are not working and there fore 100% useless and simply taking up space in the admin portal.

We respectfully request that if the form submissions report are never going to be fixed and reporting 100% accurate information then please consider removing the form reports tab from the admin altogether.

It is like flashing a lollipop or candy bar to a kid making the kid think they are getting a treat and then yanking that treat away as they try to take a bite.

The working response for this issue seems to be this..."we are aware of the problem and are working on it but have no time frame to give for the fix"

Which brings me to the point of this open letter.

The form submission report is so vital to me personally and I know several others who understand the *VALUE* and usefulness of this report as it really does help you understand and better tweak your sales trends!

We are willing to throw $200.00 at this problem in the hopes of helping to raise this as a priority to address.

It would be nice to have others chip in on the offer and be able to collectively make a cash offer to anyone in ccbill who can come in this thread and post an honest estimated time for fixing the stats reports once and for all.

Simply asking about the fix to multiple reps and supervisors has not been very effective....and neither has remaining quiet about it like our partner beaner has suggested resulted in any thing productive on this issue.

SO we have to get creative and try and help ccbill to understand why this issue is and should be of top priority!

So in summary we are ready to give $200.00 cold hard cash to anyone who can get a ccbill rep to go on record and give us a time frame for this fix!

This is not intended to harm ccbill or shame ccbill as you know they are the best at what they do, and since we are heavily invested with each other we have to help each other find ways to improve upon our effectiveness and our business success.

We feel that having these stats working properly and counting and reporting every single form hit and every single form submission would really help us increase revenue and therefore increase revenue for ccbill.

So whos with us....not that I expect any of you to rally behind me here...some things in life you have to go at alone if need be so long as your cause is Just.

This is a just cause and I hope the issue gets presented to some one high enough in the company to issue a directive to fix this problem at once.

we are offering $200.00 to any ccbill employee who can go on record and give us a date and time for the fix to be completed.

On that date and time if we log in to our ccbill admin and the form hits reports and form submissions are 100% accurate like they are supposed to be and like they were from 2004 to 2010 then they will receive a money order for $200.00

I wish I could do more...I wish I did not have to come to gfy to raise awareness on the issue but gfy support tickets have been the way to get troublesome issues resolved.

We love you ccbill please abide by the request and cooperate with the challenge. If anyone wishes to add a few bucks to the cause please do not hesitate maybe if we can raise the threshold high enough we can have some funds left over to pay the programmer the necessary funds to fix this problem.

We have been patient...very patient....we have placed phone calls....we have sent emails...this has been going on for months and is actually getting worse as wee examine it.

The stats were off by 40-50% now they are off almost 75% and that is simply unacceptable. We just know that this issue is more important than worrying about ass hats and trolls coming inhere calling me psycho....

we know that is going to happen at any minute but the issue still needs to be addressed whether I am psycho crazy or not is irrelevant!

A car with a no dash board or running gauges is a car that is very limited in use and you are taking a risk and gamble driving a car with no running stats....or having a doctor operate on you who has constant inaccurate prognosis for his clients.

I make the argument that I don't see how anything could take priority over clean stats.

We tried to get zomabio to process for us again and we reached out made them some sincere apologies even though they fucked our payouts up repeatedly and I supposed they decided to themselves look if we fuck up swirlgirls payouts she will hound us on the boards and so its not worth the risk.

We said look zomabio beaner will deal with you we won't make no posts as long as the payouts are not delayed by some ridiculous time frame like many of their clients are now.

Zombaio was a good choice because no set up costs easy integration and very very good thru put and rebills...

We have verotel but for some tech reasons beyond my understanding we cannot integrate them at this time because it requires special programning and the turstworthy reliable programmers are back logged with work.

So we do not have 750.00 sitting in petty cash to get new visa registration with another 3rd party...

and we donot have 1500 sitting in petty cash for a digital high risk adult merchant account.

So we are stuck with old faithful and trusted ccbill and since we pay them and they work for us we have to make sure they realize how important accurate stats are to an operation.

there is no wiggle room and no 2 ways about it. If my stats were clean you would never see me on the board in a thread like this.

I have waited over 2 years for an answer to a problem that they very well know about but have no idea when it will be fixed.

seriously 2 years later and still no idea why my form submissions and form hits are inaccurate and not being counted properly?

We did our own calculations based on reported data are currently for most of january showing an above 100% form submission percentage.

Now you might think that is exceptional however good it sounds it is still unacceptable and impossible to get above 100% form submissions if all data is accurate!

So that tells me that data some where in the equation is false...and the problem must be corrected in order to arrive and document our true numbers!

I used to think maybe it was just our account that kept having these issues but the ccbill rep slipped and admitted that he had another identical call yesterday from some one else with the same exact question about discrepancies in form hits and form submissions and approval totals.

So I rack my brain trying to figure out why no one posts about it if others are having this issue and getting no resolution?

Well at least you know why we have no choice at this time but to stick it out and respectfully assert our concerns and make sure they understand that we will need those stats to be accurate and we have almost exhausted all of our patience behind this issue.

This is a fact. Money talks is a fact. Just like any sponsor or processor out there. They take care of the big fish first and foremost. Then comes the little fish.

I've ran and opened up sites that processed through ccbill and we had a ton of issues getting things approved. Certain content that did not get approved because it was against their TOS, although other sponsors using the same type of content were processing with ccbill just fine. Those other sponsors were pushing 50+ sales a day per site, we were not. It was even brought to their attention and they simply did not care.

Not that I'm knocking ccbill at all. I've been promoting ccbill sites since I started in 2003-2004 and never had any issues. I still receive my checks on time, 99% of the time.
