Amerinoc -- What are their average ticket times?
I'm thinking about consolidating a couple of my low traffic servers onto a single Amerinoc box. But I'm addicted to NationalNet's amazing 2-5 minute ticket times.
I see everyone around here raving about Amerinoc, so I'm considering giving them a try for my old/legacy sites -- especially at $150/month. So... what are your average ticket times with Amerinoc? |

I am amazed at their quick and efficient service. I consolidated there a few years ago and have never had a single reason to ever look back. Considering I used to run a large IT department back then, Chris, Keith and Mike (alphabetical order, not ranking) are so over, above and beyound me it's not even funny.
These guys are excellent techs and I get the best possible support from them each and every time. I couldn't have done it any better myself.

I'd say about 30 minutes on average, but I set my tickets usually as "low" urgency
overall pretty good i'd say. Only downside (for me) is that you don't get root access to your server if you want it managed by them. I can understand why, but it's somewhat inconvenient having to go through the support ticket system to get something done that would take 5 seconds if I could do it myself.

I'm curious as to why some people claim to be waiting for days. I have been with them for 5+ years and have never waited more than an hour...and that was on Christmas! Usually I get a response with 10-15 minutes at MOST.

In particular it's the so-called 'Unlimited' $15 per month shared accounts which work extremely well. Their VPS is good, but not outstanding, however their support it top notch.
I used to be with another host who would leave you waiting 24 hours for a response, not good when your site is down. ![]()

Really depends what time you send the ticket. Usually it's within minutes but you try looking for support at 10AM Sunday GMT - you could be in a for a long haul

I was with them for a year, sent a few tickets. My response time varied from maybe 45 seconds to about 7-8 minutes. Never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a first response.

I've had a dedicated server on Phatservers/AmeriNOC for years. They used to have super fast response times to support tickets- seriously within minutes. But I emailed them a simple support request a few weeks ago and never heard back from them at all.

Luck of the draw I guess. They resent panel info this morning. Now does not work. I am a bit worried about staying with them cause our needs are simple, we have managed server, and the delay is just weird. You can take your "claim" shit and shove it sideways.
