On the 11th of Jan I got a bunch of irate emails from customers/followers on twitter who wanted to join one of my websites, asking me why they hadn't been able to join the website for over a week and if I was having issues I should fix them or at least post about it so people know "like I said I would", which is weird as I said nothing of the sort- I had no idea something was wrong. Having no idea what that was about I checked the tour and sure enough, you can't sign up to the website. It takes you to this error:

Apparently the URL I registered doesn't work anymore (?), so they emailed me to the address on file (which is correct, I checked) despite getting 0 emails so far. Sounds legit though and he says he will fix it.

It got fixed... for a few hours. No emails have arrived. No issue with my email, it's not in spam, it's not anywhere. I email back to ask the same thing, and say I don't like the error message stating I'm looking into it, when obviously I'm not going to be if I'm not getting emails from them about it.





It gets fixed again, for a day or two. Then the same thing happens. I leave a new comment on the first support ticket and wait for a day with no response, so I open a new ticket. I tell them the same thing and ask what I can do to fix it. No response. It gets fixed again but not in a timely fashion (it wasn't the weekend either), but I get no reply from tech support. And then today, after getting back from the country I notice it's got the error message again. Still had 0 emails, to any of my email addresses. I've had emails from them before so I know the right one is on file.



I'm pretty sure my tickets and live chat are going to keep being ignored, and it's going to keep happening until I make a fuss so, public fuss made. I've had 0 chargebacks and no complaints from members about the site. If there is a zombaio guy around, perhaps he can explain or make something happen?

1. It started a week before I noticed on the 11th, so at least 4th-23rd of this month shit hasn't been working. I've had shit all sign ups, it's been 3 weeks!

2. My email on file is working, I get your other emails so you obviously aren't sending them. Having an error message stating that, I the webmaster am looking into, when I might not be, is a bit meh.

3. You couldn't trouble shoot the issue- so you did nothing about it? No emails that you where looking into it, no further emails once you had it blocked and couldn't do anything (like email me to fix it)? Seriously? You where just going to let it sit there until I did what exactly? What if I didn't notice! :/ Bad business practice

4. I know it must be annoying to answer my support tickets on the same issue, but if it was fixed like you said it would be multiple times I wouldn't put in more tickets. 1 ticket each week for 3 weeks, and 3 replies to the first one for updates isn't an excessive amount of messages. Just tell me whats going on and what you want me to do to fix it, so I can fix it and it will work and we can all make money.

Anyone else had this issue? Zombaio guy around?

Another vote for epoch here. In my experiences they have much better support then ccbill - at least when it comes to the live chat. I've often found ccbill's live chat guys to be unhelpful and at times know less about their own system then I do...whereas every support experience with epoch has been very pleasant.

Zombaio wins hands down in the "ease of hooking up to script" category though.

This is why I save peoples direct phone numbers and cell numbers from businesses I work with. For example one Saas I use heavily I at one point found out the CEOs cell. Now if my ticket doesn't get answered I give him a ring, now my tickets get answered lightning fast... whoo hoo...

Now in a few days your pages will get crawled again and will flag your account again. Is it really hard to make sure that page exists and is in compliance with the requirements?

It was a holding page, which no longer exists. Which I told them before it swapped over at site launch, after site launch and again when this started. I'll just dump it back in there, no one will see it or use it but it should stop this happening seeing as they can't seem to fix it.

In reply to your question: No, it's not that hard- unless you have no idea for weeks that there is a problem, or it's xyz that is what you are supposed to do about it, which is what happens with support doesnt email you to let you know there is a problem, doesn't reply to your support tickets to tell you whats going on, and then don't do what they say they will do.
They've also said 4 times now they will update it asap so it doesn't happen again, which they obviously haven't done.

Sure I confess we asked zombaio to collect money for us again because there is a thing called reconciliation many know about this concept.

It got to the point where I saw people were getting paid late but at least they were getting paid...

and I said fuck it at this point we need to offer additional billing options to our customers so zombaio should be flattered I even asked them to do billing for us with their repeated tired and lame payout delays.

They chose to not which is fine because personally I think they knew they would have future payout issues and they did not want to chance pissing me off that is my opinion...

I am not holding peoples monies and passing excuses so I sleep okay.

I am shrewd on the boards at times but I am fair with anyone who is fair with me....I have clear conscience because at the end of the day I just want like the rest of you to make a few pennies and mind my business but its not that easy anymore.

My guess is, when you registered the site with Zombaio, you gave them the url with warning.html included. So, you'll need to make sure that page always exists in order to keep the site billing with them. No biggie.

Thats what Zombaio is using as the url for your site when it comes to sign up welcome emails and on your join page. Your members area wont be affected(thats protected by the zoa script and .htaccess) and you can change it back if it doesnt work.
