Sadam has cancer back in '94. CIA expected 0.5 more years for Sadam. But some France nurses+doctors, did a very good surgery, and he survived...This operation was sponsored by the France government. That way the France kept their nr2 position in buying Oil from Iraq,,,

Now, why does the #2 oil richest country need a nuclear reactor??? certainly not to produce electricity since they get their oil for free., or maybe because in 1975 iraq was conscious of the environment

hypocratic oath and such..... altough some doctors worry about political affiliations most don't.

in a war hospital many medical units don't place their own soldiers over the wounded enemy's.

Yeah, everyone knows that. But, what people don't discuss often is that France had long been Iraq's #2 supplier of WMDs after the former Soviet Union. And, yes, while the U.S.'s role in arming Saddam is reprehensible, we never sold them the fixin's for nukes, like the French did. And, in fact, Jacque Chirac and Saddam had an extensive relationship. Saddam even visited the South of France as Chirac's guest. They came to a mutual understanding of the "importance" of soveriengty....Chirac the Gaullist, and Saddam the Baathist had much in common. Saddam had a goal for developing nuclear weapons by 1985. France was more than happy to assist. Had Israel not destroyed their nuclear reactor (to world condemnation) in 1982, there's no doubt Saddam would have had nukes by 1985.
