Will you stop using PAXUM if things continue?

I see many many threads just want an honest answer so we can put them all to rest.

We created some threads to heads up other people and Paxum will think to fix the issue so that it will never happen in the near future.

I don't know the people at Paxum, so it does not matter to me either way, but it seems to me that many of the threads hating on Paxum smell of BS. People hate on them for following PCI, people hate on them for taking precautions with respect to identity protection, password changing, document provision, all things that clearly follow accepted rules with respect to compliance for services that transfer money.

there was a pretty scary thread the other day about peoples info being accessible, but other than that one most of the threads seem baseless. It feels like this place is becoming their personal support board. every thread seems to go the same way, someone complains that something is not getting done, that they have exhausted every possible avenue with respect to contacting them and are getting no where. Next Ruth comes in and says please ICQ me, then the thread fizzles out. I don't remember people replying with "Ruth, I have been trying to contact you, but you don't reply" but I do see that under her post she lists her email, her ICQ, her Skype, her AIM, her Yahoo Messenger, etc. Mostly every one of these threads makes me wonder if people tried to contact her at all.

They come here to post about it, which makes me believe they have been to GFY before, and if you have been to GFY before, you have seen a thread about Paxum before, and if you have seen a thread about Paxum before, you have easy access to Ruth's contact info, which seems to do the trick, as threads often fizzle out after she asks people to ICQ her.

I would love to see this place "Paxum thread" free for a week or two, would allow me to concentrate on ass and titties a little better, or at least a Paxum sub forum, Paul Markham was able to get his own and I think there are more threads about Paxum then there used to be about PM.

No,i will still continue to use them,as there is no valid alternative to them at the moment so it's kind pointless to discuss about it.Still,i wish if they would fix all those minor problems which could become major problems if they dont fix it in proper time.

Prior to the past week or so there has not bee a single "paxum thread" for atleast a month.

Keep in mind when you see 3 or so clients "complain" that is 3 clients out of 1000's of active clients. That should not represent the company as a whole.

"About 64,800 results"

There has to be on average at least one "Paxum thread" at least once a week. Often three or four a week even. Sometimes I see them everyday. The scary thing is typically the people complaining get bombarded with reps and larger program owners calling them "stupid" but even so the complaints keep pouring in. I wonder how many people are afraid to post about their experience fearing being made to look stupid or some kind of retaliation?

You quote a Google search for Paxum and Ridiculous on GFY that shows almost 65k results... how about showing a Google search for Paxum and Good on GFY?

Let's take a look shall we?

Are you counting people asking a question regarding paxum a complaint? I did a gfy search and the past week yes we had about 4 threads that people had an "issue" with us.. out of those 4 threads ... not all of them where us doing anything wrong other than enforcing our terms of service.

Prior to that the last " complaint " was back in April. I must be on a different gfy

What a fucking CROCK OF SHIT this poll is...
"Continue the way they are?" - ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?

I have NEVER had a problem, and the handful of people who have had ID issues are whiny, at the least, about it...
Seriously?
You are an idiot for even making a thread like this.

Yeah, I'll continue using Paxum, if it "continues as it has been", because it has been perfect for me!

As much as I find it funny that a known scammer is calling out Paxum, I am still curious as to what happened here.

Ruth and Chris, I think you're sort of missing the point.

But let's look at the first two pages of the result for paxum and ridiculous on gfy.com. Here's some selected titles. You be the judge.

Paxum is the WORST!
Paxum: Your perconal data visible for everyone - Page 2 ...
GFY Paxum
Who are these fucking Indians that Paxum employs?
Paxum is fucked up / Owes me $4500 from 12/04/2012
Paxum frozen funds
Paxum Website Down
I award Paxum for the worst support ever!
Paxum Security Double Standard
PAXUM, you fucking SUCK!
Fuck you Paxum, I will not pay $100 for the privilege of using
Paxum Reject TAX Payer's ID

This is just the first two pages, mind you. It's not just "three people" and there are way more "Paxum Threads" than just one a month on average.

Here's another great one:

http://lmgtfy.com/?q=site%3Agfy.com+paxum+hassle

But I think this little argument demonstrates part of the real problem. Instead of arguing with me and doing PR about how awesome you are you ought to be sitting down with management and reading these threads and trying to decide how to improve.

Stop fucking bitching about some other companies rules, regulations and guidelines and worry about your own. Ruth and Chris are helpful people and aren't trying to fuck any of their users over, but are trying to PROTECT you.

Just like the TSA agent thread, you guys bitch because they put the security precautions in place, and if they didn't and your shit got stolen, you'd bitch because there wasn't enough precautions in place.

Fact of the matter is, it's their rules, and if you don't like them, don't use them. Nobody holds a gun to your head and says you need to use Paxum. There's plenty of good alternatives to Paxum if you don't like them.

"But the sponsors I use only pay out in Paxum!" Well, then bite the bullet and deal with it, or tell your sponsor you want paid another way.
