Recommendations for 3rd party 2257 record keeping services?
Hi guys,
Using google I can find a handful of 2257 record keeping services such as 2257sentry, 2257snap, 2257services, etc. For those of you who use or have used a 3rd party to maintain your 2257 records, are there any particular companies that you recommend? |

https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1108996 I was going to go with 2257snap after talking to them a bit. But then I had a hardrive get bounced off the floor and unfortunately, all the 2257 info I was working on, preparing to put in their database, was on that disk and I did not have a current backup (my bad - yep) so I have a friend trying to do a recovery for me but it isnt looking good. Now I am just waiting to seer if the court decides 2257 is unconstitutional. Decision is supposed to be out by mid July. .

I looked at 2257snap a bit and they seem pretty good. I really hope the court rules it unconstitutional. It would be such a huge relief since it would drop my workload a huge deal. Edit: Also I contacted 2257services but I haven't gotten a response in a whole week so I don't know if it's dead or what. |

Hi guys, please let me know if you any questions about 2257Snap.
Ever since I wrote YTracker back around 2005, the debate about 2257 record keeping has plodded on, some arguing that it's not constitutional, some say it is with people going before judge after judge after judge. All I have to say is that I cannot imagine that the whole of 2257 (which has been around for years) will ever be thrown out so that any producer can take pictures of anyone, post them and have absolutely no documentation to prove that the subject is over 18. I'm not saying that because it appears that I have a vested interest in seeing it stand, but common sense and my experience in real world inspections has shown me that there will always be some measure of accountability when producing adult content to ensure that nobody under 18 is being exploited. Frankly, there must be. Dan Underhill
