Yes, Thank you - the unpleasant thing in all this is that they problem jumped through the weekend. I'm not able to reach anyone of them (even Ray on ICQ) so they can help me solve the issue -
I'm pretty sure though that they are serious and reliable and they will help me with this as long as they notice my e-mails or this thread ... - problem might be in my field, but so far I'm not able to see it.

My brother has been trying to contact them for exactly one month now. The time before that, it took two months. Yes, months. He paid for the extra support too. Unacceptable.

Ray used to be totally on top of it with some of the best support in the business. Not sure what happened to him. Hope he pulls it back together soon or the next round of sites we're about to open are not going to be using Strongbox.

If you're reading this Ray, please get back on the horse. You have a great product and everyone still needs the great support you used to have.

It seems that something is crashed with the SB on my page - and usually when someone tries to login, he has to pick the pictures of 4 female faces to pass the barrier - and thus making sure it's not a robot. I'm missing the images on my page though. Like something is broken.
And yet I don't have answer from them - I had to ask the client to wait until tomorrow so I can see if the issue is solved. If not - I will refund the money... nothing more I can do.

Do you realize that they're gender classification algorithms (and open source libraries) that can solve such captcha with 90% success rate? This captcha does not prove that someone is not a robot.

To be honest I never realized this - I'm not programmer or developer.

I have my guess that it's weekend time and every people need some rest from the hard week. So far I had no issues or problems with the SB support or software, so I take this as single problem - and I was just the guy who pulled the short straw for today.

Sorry Barefootsies, I kinda lost my sense of humor the past 24 hours... This one is somehow important. It may sound pathetic - because it is about one fucking single member - actually my one, first and only member ! This very single member has has symbolical meaning to me. Every start should be good. This is not a good start. He wants his $15 back. These are my lucky 14.95 (it's not even $15) - and I about to lose them.Not cool at all.

Almost 2 years ago you / yes you - Barefootsies and several other guys/ gave me advice to start with a website in order to sell my drawings and thus to make a living... So here am I because of you and the few others who supported me (I'm pretty sure you and others did not knew that you gave me a new direction of life). I've made hundreds of porn sites for various clients as designer, but never had my own - never been webmaster, never had experience with setting affiliate program, never run a site - Made HUGE ass amounts of banners different kinds and sizes - BUT I dont know how to make my own banners !! But I'm still here.

I've made several projects with some of my regular clients and with money I bough StrongBox after I've saw that sites around are using it and they look protected.
Maybe I would be way too calm and patient if there was not a member who was asking for refunds. Maybe I am expecting too much - but my mind exploded after the message of FINESEC - who wrote " 24/7 support".

Once again - I've never had any problems with StrongBox until now. Their support is helpful, somehow always busy - but they, and especially Ali were kind when I was buying the product and during it's installation. Ray was not that regular and was really, really hard to find on ICQ, but when that happened he was helpful too. Again - Maybe I pulled the short straw for today and still have my hopes that some of them will appear and help me out with fixing this issue - especially because they provide FREE support during the first year after buying the product.

So guys - I will proceed bumping this thread until I get what I want, or until I buy someone else's product with 24/7 support who never breaks...

you can have your host temporarily disable Strongbox by commenting it out in the Apache config - i think

I'm not able to access the admin pannel of SB, since I've been blocked as well. This operation of disable along with helping the members solving their problem is accessible through the admin panel - which is not accessible to me. I'm blocked as well - I cannot update my site.

Disabling it is absolutely not a cool idea, even if it's temporary.
I was thinking the same but on the second thought I decided to keep it that way.
The main reason is that I'm not WP wise and know nothing where to touch without making the mess absolute.

I have my host support at Amerinoc and they sent me their IP's in order to re-send them to SB team - so they can white list them - if any problem should come from this - to be excluded.

So know you have a non working website and members who are doing chargebacks?
That does sounds worse to me then loosing a few bucks on something that didn't work out in the end.

Everyone here on GFY lost money because of mistakes, you gotta keep focusing on the future though

You are thinking of a class of programs which are all front ends to Intel's library. There are a couple types of images the library can't classify, things you can do to an image to keep it from being classified by that library. Guess what we did? We made sure non of our images are classifiable, to useful DOC. We also have an element, which you've appatently missed, such that it wouldn't even matter of they WERE classifiable. (It would actually be most secure if the classifier were correct 65% of the time.)

Did you take care of your legal stuff yet, or are you still selling that illegally? From your post, I'd guess you haven't passed licensure.
