all you have to do is click the forgot password link on the site and hopefully you remember the security questions you set up probably ages ago.

That's how I got in, but lots of people are having issues with the security questions being different from what they entered. One person I know, the security question was "What's your full name" and it wouldn't take what he entered

No it wont happen as that require some technical knowledge which average internet user dont have.

Wasn't too bad - was on hold for a few minutes when it gave me the option to have them call me back...
15 minutes later, my phone rang and we cleared it up in a minute or two...
