Yeah but the common person doesn't look at a latino/jewish mixed person and goes "yep, there's a white guy!". Just looking at Zimmerman and you'd be surprised that that is even his last name. I am not paying attention to this other than what is pushed in my face. She testified that she couldn't read cursive... and could not read very the statement she signed. When asked why she thought race was brought into it, she said it was because Martin called him a "creepy ass cracker" on the phone - then when asked, insisted that's not offensive, racist or insulting. She is the main witness and she's 1/2 a retard and has done absolutely nothing but make the prosecution look bad. A star witness that isn't credible and can't be believed. Thats a problem. Her intelligence is very relevant in that it affects her ability to be a credible witness for the prosecution,... as we are seeing now.
