This guy bought a $10 wifi card from me.. It scanned as undeliverable as addressed (good ol' usps- that means they lost it most times). So I have been on the phone for an hour and a half and talked to three different offices trying to be sure they don't return it or lose it. The customer is impressed to death that I give a fuck. If everyone gave a fuck, the country would not be spiraling into an oblivion of mindless disgusting morons |

Honestly, I try to make customer service a part of every day life and not just at the office. If someone (like a troll) wants to pick a fight or act an ass for whatever reason, I quickly act like a CSR, "Sir/Madam, I am sorry you are not satisfied with my services. How can I make this experience easier for you?"
