I have a new solo girl paysite and submitted it to Epoch to activate the site. There's a forum inside the members area where members can ask post messages/questions to the model. Epoch reviewed the site and is very concerned about this forum, they are concerned that members will be able to upload photos that may contain undocumented underage content. I assured them that's not the purpose of the forum, and they replied again asking:

"please describe the due diligence process you have in place to screen content that is uploaded to your site by your members, especially in the case of sexually explicit content? Also, what process do you use to prevent sexually explicit content of underage people from being published on your site?"

This is fine IF NOT for the fact Epoch processes for a ton of these ex-gf sites like these with NO AGE DOCUMENTATION for the vast majority of content in them -yes we all know these sites play a little game where they buy whatever ex-gf packages legit shooters like Rob Ferrara offer so they can claim they're legit.

my guess is they just want a simple paragraph of text that explains what great lengths you go through to check ID's and release forms - I'm sure the bait forums and content hijack tubes lay it on thick..then steal and break every rule and law they can.

Yes uploading pics isn't even enabled but that's not the point really, it's the hypocrisy of them being so concerned about a small forum on a site with legit content when they process for tons of sites we know are littered with undocumented young girls.

I would be willing to put up 100,000 dollars if I take 5 photos from those members areas and they can provide legal age documentation for the girls in the photos.

what pisses me off the most is seeing epoch and others processing mass clip or exgf site with all home selfies and home videos, webcam clips, no way do they look 18 - and then right along side all that crap is content stolen from me (watermark chopped off)...

Mutt, you already know you are dealing with a low level employee who doesn't know the first thing about the porn industry. Just answer the questions and be done with it.

At the same time, I've met some really smart people today. I talked to one guy who is using YNOT Mail in conjunction with NATS. You sign up and you automatically get added to a list that that send out new info about new updates, but also adds you to an auto send list that sends you offers to other sites every week (automatically). At the same time, if you cancel your membership to one of his sites a day later they (automatically) get mailed a come back offer good for all of his sites, and also get added to a new list where you get emailed other offers on a regular basis.

Once you sign up to his site your email gets added to his system, and from then on everything is automatic. It's helped with retention, it's helped getting his old customers back, and it makes him money with sales to other companies.

It's fucking genius.

I have recently realized that when approving sites for processing its the T&C, Privacy policy etc. - the documentation that really gets reviewed the hardest.

So come up with a boilerplate that addresses all the concerns and most of the time you breeze through. User uploaded content, even text is terrifying for 3rd party billers because of potential BRAM violations. Those fines have recently become much more significant.

Just add a big red notice when they submit comments that states comments will be removed and users banned if bla bla bla (illegal, offensive etc.)

Sure there's a lot of sites out there that seem to be getting away with it but they either don't bill or they got their approval first and then started rolling the dice on user contributions. Also, they are probably the reason you are being scrutinized more carefully than in the past.
