The best advice I read in the entire thing dealing with pay sites, is to have something unique, in a unique way (streaming-only if necessary), with updates. Keeping it fresh will help ward off fappers-remorse. ;)

The porn industry is an example of what happens to a capitalistic market without government regulation. All of the anti-competitive behavior, copyright infringement through stolen content, and M&A monopolies that have taken place would never have been allowed in the mainstream world.
