6 weeks behind. No fucking money.
I'm done with this shit of waiting daily for my own fucking money to come in. Every day the same fucking bullshit from their online chat. "Wait another day... wait 1 to 3 days... " they stretch you out to Thursday and then say, "one more day" and then they close Friday so you are fucked again till next week. The same thing over and over again. I can't take it anymore.

I'm going to file a legal complaint with their acquiring bank. I don't think the bank knows what is going on. There has to be some type of law that controls credit card processing. This isn't the wild west. They can't misappropriate funds made from Visa processing and not be accountable. This is insane. Zombaio is still processing and still bringing in money. It's time to get the bank involved. Those sick fucks at Zombaio are all useless mother fuckers hiding over seas and getting away with it because they think they are out of reach. The banks are not out of reach and take credit card processing theft very seriously. Zombaio seems to be operating without any restrictions or rules. All the theories here about them 'catching up' are all bullshit. These mother fuckers are stealing money and laughing at all of us. All they do is pay a few accounts here, and there, and piss on everybody else. They keep the chat lines open for the appearance that they are still in business to keep people from pulling out while they spend income revenue at will. I bet those fucks that work the chat lines are getting paid every week... WITH MY FUCKING SALES. Smug stealing mother fuckers. This little band of Swedish thieves don't give a fuck about business or people in the States. And why should they? We are morons overseas sending them money daily, and they just sit there dipping into our cash at random, not paying accounts, then paying some accounts at random, keeping everybody guessing and making up theories along the way, while they sit back and laugh their fucking heads off.

Time to cut the shit and go to the source, I'm sending a legal threat to their acquiring bank. I don't care if they shut my account down. I'm not getting paid anyways so my account is already considered shut down. If that happens I will refund all my members so at least I can stick Zombaio with a big debit on the way out.

UH hey can you hold off on the lawsuit until i get my next two payouts - two to go but i have got paid consistently every two weeks --- i have changed my processor but still have two big payouts before the switch-- soooo lets just old off until i get finished--aaaarrround the middle of September . OKAY We dont want them going and hiring lawyers with our hard jerking money --- and really if they file BK we all fucked. Who is going to go out and get a lawyer and claim to be a debtor... I know we have never seen eye to eye VB, but let me give you a piece of advise here.

1. If you threaten to do something, talk about it in your head, with a lawyer, a friend and not on a public forum.
2. If you somehow manage to actually take some sort of legal action, maybe consider that all the shit you posted about the company could be dug out and used against you. In other words, unless you are 100% certain that they cannot connect the dots between you and the posts here - you have already lost (at best).
3. I am pretty sure that last part (the refund thing) is considered fraud. But maybe you and your lawyer can find some loophole to get away with it.

Having said all that, I hope you and everyone else gets their money. Had it been my processor acting like this, I'd have changed them A LONG time ago. Contacted each member that was re-billing with them, tell them that their current subscription will run out because of xyz and offering them a discounted membership if they sign-up with the new processor.

Cut my losses. Move on. If it was in the $xxx,xxx yearly range, sue their ass.

I just got "payment cleared" on my remaining couple of late payouts where if clear really means cleared and on its way (which in the past its been questionable) I'll be for the most part, caught up. (I have a settlement date next week that's still processing, but thats it)

As I said I don't really see the point of this thread, it seems like the same bullshit arguements going around in a circle, there are the couple people who hate Zombaio and seem to be the most active posters here, but I think most of us would prefer just getting our money. If they pay out, keep paying out on time, its a good thing for the industry for us cause we're getting our money. If they fail, nobody really wins anything. So I don't get all the people wanting them to go down.

They still don't have my trust, but I can say things have gotten better. People who are behind, you say you're a month or two behind, but how many payments are you guys behind? Is it 1 or 2 or are you missing dozens? I mean I know its still too long no matter how many you're missing but if you're 1 or 2 payments behind they could literally pay you Monday and you'd be caught up too. I was missing a couple dozen a few months ago.

If they pay my I think 3 late payments I have left, the couple you are behind.. wouldn't that make most people here, mostly caught up?

(now if you guys are missing 20 payments or something and its 2 months behind, I don't know what to tell you but if its one or to payouts.. that could come next week and you'd be caught up like it seems like an increasing number of people are)

They mysteriously put a payment in my Redpass account last night so it was here on Saturday morning. They never did that before.

But of course when I tried to move it over to my Redpass card so I could actually use the money in any way at all...it didn't load.

Last time it didn't load took weeks for it finally be on my card so I could use it.

But either way I didn't ask how many support tickets you have open, I have dozens of support tickets open, from months ago, a ton of them not responded to. I don't really care about that, if they are sending out money and I get my money, I don't need to talk to David, Michael, Jesper any of them ever again. Which is why I asked how many payments are you missing? I'm simply trying to see if you guys are 1 or 2 payouts away from being current (even if yes those payouts are 6 weeks late) or if you're missing 20 or 30. Because its sorta a big difference. And since you brought up reserves, are you only missing your reserve money? Again not that you shouldn't be pissed, but just trying to talk numbers instead of the typical all caps, bold red, font overly emotional stuff or "I'll forever be on a crusade against them because they terminated my account" type stuff -- which while important to them, honestly add nothing of value to the discussion.

True. As long as we still have hope left we wait. And when we lose that hope, then we want to know the answers. Some might want to take action, some will just move on. It's a matter of personal temper.

You would be surprised about the level of investigation. Already visited key addresses in USA and in Northern Europe, and of course, also vacuum-cleaned the internet.

This is not only "name dropping". I'm sharing the facts with you - just to save yourself and others of having to invest so much time and energy in detective work.

And as Michael O is threatening me here on GFY - in his attempts to make me shut up - I might as well spill the beans.

It is okay if you are confused by all these European names. Just bookmark this post, and come back to it later - if the day should ever come where you have lost hope of ever seeing your money, and you want someone sent behind bars.

When was the last time anyone has been paid by Zombaio, or can we all basically kiss any funds owed goodbye at this point?

I have been lurking these boards for a while and although I did see the warnings, decided to signup with Zombaio anyway.

The only reason I took the stab in the dark was because I could not afford to pay out the MC and Visa fees.

I was also rejected by another processor for other reasons.

But, after the money I have paid to models, studio rent and everything else, I am so far in the hole, I may have to close up shop on what should be a very profitable site. All because I have not seen one red cent from Zambaio since starting months ago.

Kept hoping there was a light at the end of the tunnel but that light never shows up...

With that said, anyone thinking of using them, please don't. As much as I would love an influx of webmasters so maybe some of that money will trickle down to me, I cant in good conscious tell you to use them and everything will be ok.

If you cant afford the MC or Visa fees, wait until you can.

If this post from a normal lurker helps anyone in anyway avoid losing their shirt, that's good enough for me.

The money from our ewallet hit our Redpass card on the 12th. This was from July's payout. According to Michael O the next transfer will hit tomorrow. They are still paying out. I don't know why some have and some haven't gotten paid. I am not especially nice with them although I do try and stay professional.

We are setup for monthly payouts but I don't think that makes a difference, at this point though they are current with us.

Worst case scenario: you don't get paid that money.

Kinda bad scenario: you get paid late.

Ideal scenario: you get paid on time.

Choosing to give yourself a worst case scenario, just because you didn't get an ideal one, is baffling to me.

FWIW, Zombaio paid me yesterday. That payout was later than I would have preferred, but they are now 100% current on the new monthly schedule.
