Yesterday.

I've got right now two payouts with settlement set to 2014-08-26 and 2014-08-11.

Right now I have aroud 50% of sales and rebils coming from Verotel that is enough to pay bills from everything from hosting and taxes to new content and ads.

Im not sending new sales to zombaio anymore. However they have a great system with a very good rates, so if they will resolve all problems and start paying on time I will probably add them as a second biller.

Not being paid their reserve back, again their are several people claiming that in this thread, that amounts to theft.

Actually I don't enjoy talking out of my ass, I enjoy doing business with a reputable, ethical and honest company, that pays on time, which is what I now do.

I would only hope that you wish the same for yourself.

Please explain to me why there should be 5-9 week delay in payouts? And why Epoch, Verotel, CCBill and every other reputable processing company isn't experiencing the same delays? Sure their could be a thousand reason, but I think everybody here is pretty sure, what the real reason is?

Dear Customer,

I write with reference to our recent troubles, which I again apologize for and to share a little better news with you.

As you are aware, it was necessary a few months back for us to change our terms of business to ensure that we could continue operating the business on a day to day basis while important work was done behind the scenes to improve the bigger picture. I do not want to bore you with the details of how hard we have worked in these past couple of months, but I am happy to say that the corporate restructure that our consultants believed necessary is now virtually completed, and we have already managed to secure better settlement terms from our acquiring partners on the back of this which will mean a return to more competitive settlement periods for our merchants with no increase to our current rates.

The exact details are still being finalized and an official announcement will be made in around 2 weeks from now, with new terms of business, on-time settlements and historic arrears catch up payments coming into effect starting from 1st October.

I appreciate that you probably have a number of questions about specific accounts that you want answered, but as there is not really much more that I can say at this time, I would ask that you please hold these questions until you have read the official announcement in two weeks, at which time most things should become clear, and if they are not, I will attempt to clarify them for you personally.

And then, of course when I tried to load it to my Redpass card so I can actually get my money...the load failed (as always).

yeah, that line in the email kinda irked me. It comes off as pretty glib and condescending (like, don't worry your silly little head about all these complicated money issues, we're handling things).

I'm really disappointed. I want zombaio to fix their ish because I really believe that company offers new, independent producers and webmasters a cost effective way to start their businesses (and I also understand a lot of you have rebills and will lose out on $$$$ if they close, even if you don't accept new joins through their system). My concern at this point is that even if they do manage to fix their ish no webmaster with any other alternatives will use them, as they have really tarnished their company image, perhaps irreparably :/

I hope everyone waiting on funds gets paid.

The email was about Zombaio not Redpass but if you are still using Redpass after this happening so many times before then you really only have yourself to blame.

Any benefit from getting free withdrawals from Zombaio to Redpass ceased when they stopped doing daily payouts. Now it is just an extra step in the process that can and normally does cause an extra delay.

They didn't mention Redpass in that email, I guess we will have to wait until the "Official Announcement" in 2 weeks to know whether that has been improved also.

Thank you for posting this here it is good for everyone who does not get these emails from Zombaio to have a chance to read it and see the on going problems that Zombaio has had and continues to struggle with .This will help new customers make smart decisions in the future to use zombaio or not as a processor .I think the wording of this letter as mentioned by JQ above really comes off as condescending almost as if we are not smart enough to understand .
The truth being here is we were told that the problems were caused by late payments to Zombaio and that is why we were receiving late payments . But why would you need a corporate restructure because you were receiving payments late from your bank and in turn paying your customers late ?
So here is the problem that will never go away . There are many people that have reserves in Zombaio and have not been paid these reserves . This is still stealing , change your % afterwards , change your pay dates afterwards but the money that you have kept in reserves that was owed to the customers before you made all the changes to get back on track and in 2 weeks all things will be perfect , the fact remains you owe people reserves that you have kept and not paid them . I am sure that you do not want to bore us with the details of what happened to our reserves but I would love to hear it .Yea as a matter of fact Mr T Anderson ...Bore the shit out of me PLEASE!!
