if i ask you to design me a system for surfurs to enter the email addy then i gather them in a dB, what would the turnaround be for something like this?

That would take me about 1 hour to produce and test the code, and if graphics are required as well, then a few extra hours (depending on what you need) may be required for any graphics needed.

You didn't ask for much. I'm a php retard and could probably throw this one together. I hope that you didn't pay much. There are probably some folks here who might have done it for nothing. I know, it's GFY, but stranger things have happened.
