Does anyone give a shit about the Commonwealth Games ??
I don't just mean on here, i mean in general. Do people actually take an interest when they come round ?
Reason i ask is because we are hosting the games in my home city next week so obviously there has been a lot of media attention etc surrounding it. Normally i don't think i would even notice the games were on. I can't remember ever watching them on tv to be honest. It has been good for the city as there has been some much needed work done to certain areas, and i have a particular interest because the opening ceremony is taking place at my football teams stadium. I believe Usain Bolt is competing after some rumours he wouldn't make it.
