Paypal social security number
Had for over 10 years US registered Paypal account with Master card.
Now when they sent new card they ask for social security number to activate the card. Don't have the SS number. Don't know what to tell them when message them. Is there any way to avoid this this?

your best bet is likely going to be to get a federal taxpayer ID number (US) (I presume non residents can get one)
call them and use that
