Who sends dmca's to google?

I am but do I need to re-think this method of having google-links to copyright infringing materials removed?

The thing is.... pirates, thiefs and freeloaders are very much helped with this method because once links are removed google will display in it's search results the Chilling
Effects take down results....

Which means that pirates, thiefs and freeloaders will have lists full of links to all materials that copyright holders wanted to be removed.... often of course not without good reason... heh....

So... this turns against copyrightholders... making it even easier to locate free/illegally uploaded and distributed content....

I got my first dmca from google last week.

I had done a top 10 list and had used a photo of a girl I was promoting. Google blocked the page and did the chilling effects business.
I removed the picture and submited a reinclusion request.

Sorry, it's not relevant to your question.

So you did consent to jurisdiction of the US federal district court; to jurisdiction either where Google is located (Santa Clara, CA) or where the original complainer is located.

"Consenting to jurisdiction can increase your risk of being sued. It is more difficult to serve people in foreign countries with a lawsuit, unless they consent to jurisdiction."
