Is legal for upload DVD to visitors free downland ?
Hi all,
I'm new into the market. Just wondering to ask, Is that legal for I'm launch a website, I'm upload DVD and to visitors free download ? Or ask cheap cost maybe 0.99$ for download ? I think maybe copyright issue ??? But if I setup the host in the Euro ? such as FR ? thanks all |
