and this is what happens when you cut calories and run 8 miles a day. You look shrinkwrapped and unhealthy and don't really qualify as "in shape".

That weight will all come back with a vengeance when you lose it so fast, because there's no way to sustain the behaviors that got you there.

But I guess if you needed to lose it fast.....

Also watched the show mid January and he looked same as the last few years. But if he lost weight to get healthier more power to him

what are you basing this off of? one picture? i don't see loose skin and a double chin.. he looks like he's in decent shape for his age.. he's 60 remember?

I agree that calorie deficit and excessive cardio is a horrible way to lose weight but he looks fine all things considered.
