On a legal level if she didn't actually go to Harvard you would have a good point. If she did, they are merely reporting the fact that she did go to Harvard which is arguably newsworthy and undeniably true.* On a publicity level the black eye Harvard gets from a set of banner ads is nothing compared to the mess they would make by being on CNN talk shows discussing the fact that they went after a porn company because a real Harvard student is having sex on film. Could be cookies and how you generated the codes. Without having the details, I would check into that. You cannot just copy codes from URL to URL. My advice would be to go in and manually generate all the link codes you need.
