is this pirate site clone of original site or new site ?
i would like to know whether the
thepiratebay co in is this site ,a clone ? i mean something they set up using nginx reverse proxy or custom made look alike site ? just wanted to make sure, to whoom to contact to get our content down ? thanks & regards.

It seems to be a clone site. Nobody in their right mind would open a piracy site in a .co.in domain which provides no whois privacy. Moreover, Indian govt. is quite strict on piracy and a lot of the piracy sites are blocked by major ISPs in India. Somebody is probably trying to make some quick buck here.
