When I saw Pinckney on the list that's the first thing I thought of. "HIT." Kid was coached thats for sure. On his own he sounds a mess. I hope they are looking at his family and associates.

I had a feeling this was going to come up, even I had thoughts about it. the whole idea of hate crimes bothers me. Why should he be treated any differently for killing 9 people based on what his motivation was? Life no parole regardless. or death if you believe in the death penalty.

Why should he be treated any differently for killing 9 people based on what his motivation was? Life no parole regardless. or death if you believe in the death penalty.
