100% of these police shootings has been a result of person being stopped by the police doing something stupid and not listening or running away etc. Name one that has not. Is it justified no not at all but just listen to the god damn police no matter if they are right or wrong if you want to stay alive.

The victim was about to drive away, OK resisting arrest is in order. At what point was the policeman in fear of his life. At what point should he have asked the victim to step out of his car, give him the cars keys?
