You exclaimed in your title rp says sa are bribing. My post is exactly what he said, which is not "are", it is asking menedez if they are.
Details are important and usually later in the article, so your "that came later" in the article is a moot point. |

I'm surprised nobody mentioned that the senator mentioned by Paul, Bob Menendez, has been federally indicted for corruption (taking bribes) after years of the DOJ and FBI trying to nail him. I would not be surprised if that is why Paul mentioned it specifically.
