Tell you kids to obey in school. We have cops in schools in America

When the cop says move then you better or he will do this.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Zc80kIkIHY

This is the school system, you can't take out your phone like the students who recorded this.

There was absolutely no reason to use violence in that situation. He could have taken the back of the chair and simply pulled the chair out of the room, etc.... Just because someone doesn't wish to move when they are told to is no reason to tackle them like that. Total BS.

What kind of a loser takes a job being a school security guard? There's your answer.

edit; he was an actual sheriff .....

"The Richland County sheriff, Leon Lott, told a South Carolina television station that the officer, a deputy with the sheriff’s department, had been responding to a disruptive student who was refusing to leave class at Spring Valley High School, a campus of about 2,000 students that is about 52 percent black and 30 percent white.

"In the classroom confrontation on Monday, one video shows the officer approaching the girl as she sits at a desk in a classroom. He urges her to come with him. When she refuses his requests, the officer grabs her arm and places his own around her neck. He flips her backward in the desk, drags her out of it, then tosses her on the floor.

You're correct, this is not home with grandma; this is a violent detainment institution that they call school.

That's unacceptable for a police officer to do what a principle and vice principle should deal with.

Did you see how all the other students were in rage and could not believe what they were seeing? Yeah I didn't see it either. It was almost like this was the norm and they were afraid to look.

Oh fuck that was kind of hard to watch.

If it was a simple refusal to get up and making a ruckus, this totally wasn't justified. She's a fucking student.

I don't know about you guys, but I think the only time this is acceptable is if the cop is in some form of danger.

Student says no.

Assistant principal says leave, multiple times.

Student says no.

Deputies says leave, multiple times.

Student says no.

Yeah, the po-po is the real problem in this scenario. Who has the pool running on what this girl will be doing time for?

The police were called by school officials to remove the student from the classroom. I'm wondering what everyone involved was expecting to happen?

The teacher and principal expected the negress to continue to escalate the situation and then claim to be the victim, so they called in the cop to do the dirty work and be the scapegoat.

There have been resource officers (Sheriff's Deputies) in schools since I was in the first grade. That was over 30 years ago. Everyone is acting like this is something new. That cop was out of line for handling it the way he did, especially 1) trying to get her into a rear naked choke, and 2) grabbing her belt and tossing her.

He looks like a roid rager cop though. I know plenty of those douche bags, they come train all the time. Pathetic little dick having power tripping assholes. He'll get what's coming after he loses his job.

I went to catholic school, if you didn't do what the nun's asked, they would smack you upside the head pretty hard. Enough where your ears would ring.

It took 1 time of seeing a kid smacked or being smacked to realize there is no fucking around.

That more or less sums it up. Except for the part that the student was disrupting the class and depriving other students a chance to learn. She will plead innocent victim to all this and today's PC society will be on her side. The lesson learned is one can disrupt and deprive others from anything she chooses.

In my day my father would have punished me again.

However the policeman should have arrested her on the spot, disorderly conduct or similar, then he can use force to remove her.

End of story she's abusing a taxpayers benefit of free schooling.

If my daughter did this she would be in deep shit.

This is reinforcing the lesson that she doesn't have to strive to be better. What should happen is she's on welfare and forced to work for the money. Sweeping the streets, cleaning graffiti, etc.

The PC liberals will complain making her work is degrading, as if living on benefits is something to be proud of.

Exactly.

I honestly don'the see the problem here. Force wasn'the used at the start. She was given multiple chances. She chose not to take them. Feel the force bitch!

Just for the hell of it ... What do you think the cop should have done?

The teacher gave up and called in the school administration people. The school administrators, trained youth counselors, gave up and called the police.

So the cop is there to do what? Physically remove her? Arrest her? Why is he there? Why was he called by the trained youth counselors/teachers who obviously gave up? Maybe the next time the FBI should just be called directly.

Wonder what would have happened if the cop just said "not my job" turned and walked out.

I seriously don't want to get into a debate on this, so I'll simply say that the officer used unnecessary and brutal force to place under arrest someone that is not being violent. Did she break the law not following a lawful order? Yes she did! But still that can't justify such brutality.

I'm pretty sure that the US Justice Dep. and the FBI are looking into this, because they could have seen the same thing I did. This officer should lose his job and I hope that he will also be held accountable for his brutal actions.

I am white btw.

I'm pretty sure that the US Justice Dep. and the FBI are looking into this, because they could have seen the same thing I did. This officer should lose his job and I hope that he will also be held accountable for his brutal actions.

I am white btw.

I'm wondering when cops are going to start saying "fuck it" and walking away from situations where there is nothing but downside for them getting involved.

I think we all agree that the female should have left the room and not doing so led up to this.

However, hardly anyone thinks that was a proper use of force on a small female.
It's not proper use of force on a male student either.

Bottom line : he didn't have to throw her across the floor by her hair.
That was just for "punishment".

ALready happening, the Ferguson effect.

I hear you; but hear this :

Hard headed people do not react to that; you will simply beat them until death.
And that's just not the route to go.

I( am guessing you did not see the whole story, the teacher told her to leave several times, the vice principle came and told her to leave..there is a point where if the person is disruptive then something has to be done...she would not get up....that was on her... everyone is putting the blame on the cop when it should be on the girl... she had no respect, she wanted to be a problem, cause problems for the teacher and class...all she had to do was leave. its a simple process to stand up and walk out. if she had complied she wouldn't have got her ass kicked

the problem is people think cops are there to lose fights or not take appropriate action..when they point a gun at you, call their bluff that they wont shoot you...when they pull out a stun gun...go ahead and call them on it..tell them no you wont comply what is asked of you...everyone knows whats going to happen if you don't do as told..so if you get shot, your ass beat or wind up on cops getting tazed falling down and flopping...its your own damn fault.

Wonder what would have happened if the cop just said "not my job" turned and walked out.

.
I would have handled it the same way I throw fighting females out of a bar.
I don't do it like that.
I simply wrap their little ass up in my arms and lift up and walk them out.

Maybe this cop is a weak assed bitch and can't do that, or maybe he just hates people and thinks
they need to be thrown to the ground and beat up.

the reason the blame is being put on the cop is because if he had just maintained cool for a split second and thought, he'd have realized the simple solution, just drag the chair with the girl in it out in to the hall. she can sit out there for a month if she wants.

instead he very much over reacted and over complicated an issue with a teen girl.

But that would violate her constitutional right to be third generation burden to society. Can't do that in America.
