In NYC it's not just the cost of the space. Any place that sells a quart of milk within 5 city blocks of that location charges $10.00 for it... You pay for the place AND your cost of living goes up 5000%

We're talking circular driveway, fountains, high ceilings, view of the water, minimum 1000 square meters of house. That bedroom picture is taken at an angle to make it look more spacious then it is, that looks like a fuckin closet. 18.5 million dollars, and I'm not knocking Ronaldo since that whole city is full of overpriced, tiny little shitholes I wouldn't spend a week in. I guess it's all relative. |
