Avatar uploading does not work?
JPEG file is resized to below than 150x150, is below 19.5 kB, still the uploading process gives me an "empty picture" instead of an avatar.
What can the problem be?

Seriously though, drag my avatar pic onto your desktop and try uploading that, cause we know it works. Then, if it doesn't work the problem must be at your end. If it does, perhaps there is something wrong with the one you are trying to upload?

The max size is described to be 150x150 and 19.5 kB. I am below that, still nothing works.
Is there some tech guy around here to tell me, what is wrong here?

Try using another browser? I use chrome personally but am also on a mac... Aside from that I really dunno - Good luck
 PS - Also try setting it to NOT use an avatar. Save it then log out of GFY - Restart mac (I know you shouldn't have too, but it covers all bases) Then re-login to GFY and try uploading it again. |
