Good Download Limit solution in 2015?
Is there a good throttling or download limit software/module that has been developped recently? I was using throttlebox by Ray Morris but they seem to have discontinued it and I'm struggling to stop my worst members ripping my sites' bandwidth

check out proxy pass. I've used them for password sharing for 8+ years and they are great. I don't really use the BW limit feature but I know they have one and it works

ProxyPass is great for limiting Members downloads. But I often get emails from Members complaining about the limits. But I figure they have a month+ to download shit so why do it al in one day? LOL
