Trump's Poll Numbers are now #2 in Iowa

WTF?
Is Ben Carson even a viable candidate?

I think the mainstream lower income Republican may be getting wise to the Trumpster's bullshit bravado finally.

What Trump says after the Hurricane that will landfall in Mexico may make a difference ...

I am surprised Trump has done this well this long. I thought he would be a flash in the pan, and people would loose interest. He's running a very, very smart campaign - He said some off the cuff things ("Mexicans are rapists") in the beginning, but now is beginning to sound more and more presidential. I think all of his earlier remarks will come back and hurt him, however. In the event he wins the nomination, all they need to do is run commercials showing Trump's gaffs.

I've often complained that our political class is too far separated from the working class. Hillary Clinton recently said she hasn't driven an automobile in twenty years; Comments like that scare the crap out of me. How can someone who hasn't driven a car govern us? I've always wondered what it would be like to have a President with zero political experience. I think it would completely change Washington DC... OR end up in utter failure with an administration who will be unable to get anything done.

I don't know the first thing about Carson other than he is a doctor. I think Trump would be horrible for us, however, I wouldn't be disappointed if he won because the next four years would be freaking hilarious.

this is less about Trump and more about evangelicals in iowa getting behind Carson

and Trump never said "Mexicans are rapists".

Bush is done, Cruz is a non-contender.

Now you have Trump and Carson ....... I don't see a guy who constantly appears ready to pass out winning anything.

So I am not the only one who thinks Carson always looks like he is about to pass out...

Adolf Hitler was a political neophyte

Yes, but I would have to agree -- we need someone who has experience the life of the common man to govern but someone with a background of business or political success.

A self made man with altruistic ideals is someone that may not exist.

The religious conservatives have never supported Trump. They were mixed between a few candidates at the start, which is why Trump had a solid lead. Carson has said enough crazy relgious shit to gain their support so now the split in the Republican party shows much more.

Did you at least laugh? I laughed out loud.

I figured you would be right on board with trash talking religious right fruit cakes.

(I'm from Iowa. There's lots of corn. Lots of fruitcakes.)

These numbers will be going back and forth on a weekly basis. It was the same thing in 2012. Rick Santorum won the Iowa caucus, and we all know how his campaign panned out. Before him, Herman Cain and Newt Gingrich held leads. Where did they end up after it was all over?

It's made up of largely nutbag evangelical Christians, so don't put any stock in what they think. Neither Carson or Trump will Iowa, or the nomination. They'll be long gone before election time.

I don't know if he really thinks Monsanto is an ingredient in corn. If so, it would just further illustrate his disconnection with basic knowledge.

and Ben Carson should do some self neuro-surgery.

I'd love for there to be a smart Republican candidate, but there just isn't because this is what the base wants.

monsanto gmo corn seeds have been genetically altered by Monsanto.

you seem emotionally involved and aggressive, regardless of who you think of my heroes are and what you think of them, you used to be a lot more relaxed. the Trump tweet was pretty funny.

So Mr. Frothing at the Mouth with Obscene Insults at the Drop of a Hat is talking about aggression? That's funny.

yes, i've got the balls to fight fire with fire.

unlike yourself though, i'm not emotionally wasted over gfy topics and can easily choose how i want to post, like now, i could verbally bitch slap the living fucking shit out you with more logic and insults than you could digest in a week.

instead i choose to simply point out you're very aggro, you used to be much more laid back and tolerant of others. that was a long time ago though, i guess i haven't really been paying attention to your spiral.

either way, monsanto corn insults, it's funny.

The DesMoines Register/Bloomberg/Quinnipiac rigged polls have always been there for nothing more than pushing an agenda. And this time, you can believe it is an Anti-Trump one

Carson is the ''protest'' candidate of the Republican Party in Iowa.

Or, the Republicans in Iowa are brain-dead from GMO corn seed

Or, the bible thumpers of the Republican Party in Iowa are not racist and respect Ben Carson for his religious views.

One of there 3 are true ... Take your pick ...

Carson is the "Rick Santorum" of 2016

Huckabee won Iowa, then Santorum...this year's religious nutcase is Carson.
