Ibill has always paid us On time Every time. Sure they have their challenges, many of which you gentlemen have referred to in your responses here.

Its better the devil you know !

I suggest all of us that have business with Ibill get behind them to insure we protect our interests. If Ibill ceases to exist we loose bucks we have all worked hard for and it will shake considerably the confidence of the industry both webmasters and consumers.

Just got off the phone with my Rep at iBill

I gave him a list of rumors I have heard, and he killed off every one of them one by one

I look in my CMI, and all I see is good sales and rebills (as I always have)

I get paid on time every time (except for that web900 money from last year.... hhmmm...), and it seems to me as business as usual

As many of you know, I am an Aussie. And Aussies always stand by their mates.

You know it makes me wonder.

Some people might actually think that if they can talk iBill down enough, that iBill will fail. And if iBill failed, and you were a webmaster who wasnt using iBill, then surely your logic would dictate that you have a better than good chance to remove some competition and make more money - makes you think about all the iBill doom sayers

Anything I've ever said about Ibill has been personal experience, not rumour.. from shit customer service to bouncing checks. Heh. In fact, a lot of people have had bad experiences with them, not just heard rumours and jumped on the bandwagon. However I will say that it's cool you're still with them and having good experiences. Others do not share that, is all.

My reference is not aimed at you at all, and I am sorry if you felt it aimed that way.

My concern is that I see nothing but good things happening at iBill, and people only seem to say the bad things on the boards, and these things tend to spiral out of control to a point where it even starts getting nasty

Like the debate about war in Iraq, there are so many people saying no to the war, and so few saying "yes its good" publically

I suppose I am just trying to make sure that people understand that there are other opinions about iBill and they are positive ones

Have just spoken to one of the senior exects at Ibill and my rep.
I have been dealing with this guy for the past 4 years and he has never jazzed me !

He has dispelled all the rumors and my worries/insecurities

Ibill will always attract all the loonies jumping onto the bandwagon that have ever had a gripe with them at a time like this. Kick them when they are down mentality.

I Do Not believe Ibill is down . They will continue to enjoy my unreserved support. I strongly suggest other webmasters do the same, to insure their investment, in Ibill.

Well I got good news and bad news.

I wasnt notified of it, but compliance decided they didnt want to process rebills for certain sites.

Extreme gay poop eating fisting and pee drinking sites is one of them and other assorted extreme man on man perversion.

Rules are rules I guess.

I'll live. I knew when I left a year ago that they werent happy with the content, but I figured after a year of rebilling me that it would just continue.

No big whoop.

Glad to know you actually found something out about your problem. Labret. Unfortunate, but it's better to know what's going on then to wonder wtf. They SHOULD however, have informed you of their decision. Such is life though.

Wel again here in Oz, Qantas (our leading airline, which is one of the only profitable airlienbs in the world right now) is laying off 1500 workers. And no one thinks Qantas is heading for the scarp heap soon

BTW - Cant wait to get rolling drunk in Phoenix with ya mate ;-)

I don't think Ibill is heading for the gutter, I think Labrat just jumped the gun and without any real proof he posts one of the most damning posts of Ibill and gets everyone scared of them. Not that I support Ibill that much anyhow, there CS is the worst of any company i've ever dealt with. But there is no proof that they are in any real trouble, they still have some huge adult companies processing millions through them, i'm sure there maybe just cutting off a bit of loose weight int he employee department. Qantas posted a great profit and dropped 1500 people so they could remain a good solid profitable company.

Please don't post shit like this unless you have real proof and not just a simple rumor. Or are you going for the DVD player again? LOL
