What he is....is smart this is EXACTLY why he is in the lead despite the fact that The RNC and the pro republican sectors of the media have done everything they can to derail him.

He has some very bright people running his campaign. Anyone who thinks that his tactics are stupid...well look in the mirror....

Trump has actually found and mobilized that very large sector of the public that was apathetic about politics because they felt, and rightly so, that there is no difference in the two parties, thats its just one criminal syndicate offering a choice of the criminal behind door number one or the criminal behind door number 2

What is going to be interesting to me is...when Trump wins the nomination will the RNC covertly run a third party candidate to keep control within the ranks of two party system they and the DNC have set up.

in my life up to now ive never seen a candidate so hated, attacked & vilified on a daily basis. not only from the media, but the president, & the pope? these are people who should know better than to elevate trumps comments with their own bully pulpits.

hes just appealing to the lowest common denominator. people like him because hes 'different'...but it seems just any kind of different will do as long as he's not a career politician that spews lies 24/7 like so many of them do. meanwhile there are some great independent candidates who are not career politicians that are much brighter than trump (just because the guy is successful doesn't make him 'smart') and far more well spoken but they no budget so no one knows and no one cares.
