North Carolina just held its gubernatorial election and the Democrat ended up winning. How did the Republican-controlled legislature deal with the loss? By quickly calling a special session and passing several laws that greatly reduce the powers of the Governor. The outgoing Republican Governor has signed them.

How can the Governor-elect fight this? He has no power. The Republicans control the state legislature and the outgoing Governor is a Republican. He's taking it to court it's all he can do. People have been protesting, but IMO they should just got to these fuckers houses and beat the shit out of them.
