Scum bags - if you own property WATCH CAREFULLY your water bills
I know that many people pay quarterly their water bills since they have so many props but wow -- several times I hear the water just going CRAZY upstairs for 24-48 hours. It could be a leaking toilet IF it's running 100% wide open
But wow there's a beta male, two capable looking females as well as one non beta male - now that means that any ONE of THREE of those should be capable of giving a shred of a FUCK about anything at all If you're too stupid to fix a TOILET maybe CALL MAINTENANCE?!?! Which would cost you, what, $Ø.OO?!! I read once about a guy getting a quarterly bill for $12,000 or some number and NOW I KNOW WHY God forbid you might pay your bills on a yearly basis Jesus Christ everyone is SCUM and USELESS these days Fuck everyone in hell Lord help the people in ESCO who own this place |

I live in California. (Northern California I might add.) We get our water from the city and we are billed monthly.
Not sure about anyone else, but I pay attention to what our city government is doing. I've never attended a city council meeting, but I follow the city council and their actions closely. Where I live we had a lot of problems with the drought, and the city did in fact raise the cost of our water. I noticed the price has not gone down. No one in the community has said anything about it. It wasn't a huge increase so it's not a big deal for me.

we´ve had out toilet fixed so many times & still it leaks if we do not double flush... oh and we pay for our water.

Yeah, like one guy said, they are up to something. Would not surprise me. Meanwhile if I were up to something I'd at least have the sense to fix something so noticeable.
It's been going for 2½ DAYS again so I just now e-mailed the woman who runs shit and sent her a short film. She wanted to come right over to hear it in person, sure, no problem. Then she went directly up there to see about it. Good for her. Good LORD she is sexy I initially thought that she had it for me when I first came here, but she doesn't at all. Not at all.
