When my balance owed reached > couple hundred I requested a payout on November 27, 2016. No response. I even used the 'special email address' the owner gave me last time to get in touch with him.

After many weeks and several more email requests without a response I wrote that I would just post on GFY and quickly received this response on January 11:

Hi,

Just to let you know that we are having issues with our Payoneer account that we are trying to sort out with utmost urgency.

If you can give us a week we should be back up with payoneer and if not we'll work out an alternative.

Apologies for this inconvenience.

After several more weeks this is the last response I received on February 3, 2017:

Hi,

Still in holding pattern - we are waiting for originals of docs from the bank to sign and send back.

I assure you working as fast as we can on this...

Well yes - the only reason I don't promote NN actively is because it's so difficult to get paid. I don't want anyone to just think I'm a rebill leech - if he used a payment processor like CCBill or similar I would promote it a lot.

as someone who is also responsible for paying people this is absolutely unacceptable. ish happens but at minimum you should be in frequent contact with the debtor until the situation is solved. by frequent I mean days not weeks let alone months.

the bar for acceptable behavior in this business tends to be pretty low, we can all help raise that by expecting more from ourselves and the peeps/orgs we work with.

We have both banking and Payoneer issues - this statement says it all. This industry is freakin' impossible to work with from a financial perspective, and in the last 12 months it has just gotten ridiculous.

As per the OPs mention we are working with Payoneer and new banking arrangements to resolve this..

It does take time believe me - I am waiting every day for this to be resolved.

You are correct this isn't the first time, but what are you trying to achieve by trash talking? I am in communication with all the parties, I can do no more.

Look up FATCA - the american govt has a lot to answer for for making banking in this industry almost impossible.

I can't publicly say what has happened to us, but let me just say that banking in this business is now 100x harder than it was say 2 years ago and continues to be a complete and utter bitch.

I can appreciate NN trying to pay, really - I can understand payment issues, just keep me in the loop. Not answering emails doesn't help, and I only send them every other week or so when I don't get a response to my requests for payment. That's the way you have it set up. Why do you ignore them? I know I'm not the only one that has complained about this. If this processing issue has been going on this long, shouldn't there be a message in the affiliate admin about it?

I like the program, but from my experience the 'Request Payout' button in the affiliate admin really does nothing, sending request payout messages to affiliate support email might get me a response in a couple months, or posting to GFY gets a quick reply.
