Kneeling quietly & respectfully during the anthem, I'm fine with that, it's respectful. There are white players doing this too, not sure why it's always the black players catching all the flack but whatever.

I don't think its a black or white thing bladewire. At least I don't see it that way. I think there is other ways to protest than disrespecting the flag. The people who died for our country had nothing to do whats going on now. I think kneeling is a very LOUD protest.

I do think the words to our patriotic songs and pledges should be changed. "One nation, under god" doesn't represent the USA. Which "republic" are we under? "Justice for all" in which area of the USA? "America, America, god shares his grace" who determines who god is, male or female, or how is grace shared?

Honoring our fallen heroes for their sacrifice is fine and justified. Bringing religion into it in this century is wrong.

as for taking a knee, i think it makes them look stupid. its their right to do it and its up to their team to decide if its acceptable. i think people need to stop giving it attention as it only is effective if people care.

The entire team is staying in the locker room while the national anthem plays. I see more teams doing this in the future.

Before 2009 teams were not on the field for the national anthem. The the US and the military started paying the NFL for ads and paid patriotism. Once the money gets pulled from the NFL then teams will go back to the locker room and all of this kneel, stand, lock-arms. silent protesting ect will be a footnote in the history of the NFL...
