FYI:

If you're using a VPN or VPS then they'll probably know the IP range, which will increase your "potentially fraudulent" score.

Your browser may also leak information that suggests your geoip location is not your true location. Again pushing up that score and potentially flagging you for a higher level of review.

I don't use public VPN servers That's my own VPN at my own server and I use it mostly for security reasons:

1) To have the same IP always in all services I use (google, payment systems etc)
2) To protect the admin zones of my own sites by IP.
3) To protect the data of my customers. To often they provide me admin access to their sites so I can check/fix CyberSEO settings. I don't want their passwords been stolen by some rogue ISP employee. Privacy of customers is a highest priority for me.

Yep, unless your ip belong to actual ISP you are automatically flagged as VPN and i find that highly annoying as some services does not allow it to use them unless you access with ISP IP.

Not by banks, credit card processors, PayPal etc - they all are 100% ok with my VPN IP. Actually those are fully ok with my actual IP as well - I've never had a single problem in both cases. So I didn't get your point.

Maybe I've explained it bad, but VPN is not a problem (someone else has started talking about it, not me). They ask for ID scans for everybody - doesn't matter if you are under VPN and which country you are from. Just like you are a porn model who needs to fill out a model release and attach a picture of her holding ID's in the hands. This is a bit weird if we deal with cryptocurency.

Not at all weird, since you often don?t ONLY want to deal with crytocurrency, you want to buy with your creditcard, via bank transfer or cash out, using normal money. And since you are paying that into them, they are accountable for anti money laundering and know your customer regulations. Thus, making their request for ID a very valid one.

Just read that there will be new laws in Europe next year that everybody who cash out have to identify themselves. I don't see the problem, you don't have to pay taxes on on it anyway. I rather indentify myself so the government knows how i made it and can buy a house or other things without problems.
