I read an interesting interview with the 'Autoblow' blowjob machine creator Brian Sloan the other day. Amongst other things, he was asked to give his opinion on the hype surrounding sex robots, and I agree with his response :

I bought a realistic sex doll a couple of months back for nearly $1,500 and it's one of the worst buys I've ever made. I can't believe how heavy it is, and how difficult it is to move about, even just moving the limbs into position. To add to that, I find I can't even fuck it because the hole is too tight, especially with the insert. You actually have to brush its hair every day, and even re-apply the makeup occasionally. This morning I fapped off with the thing lying next to me and I didn't even glance over at the bitch. The 'sex robots' that are suppposed to be appearing this year should be called what they are - 'smart sex dolls'. Self-heating, realistic moans sensitive to being touched in the right places etc. Short of being able to move themselves around, which as Brian Sloan says isn't going to happen for decades, that's all that a customer could likely expect.

Right now the technology is not there. Ten years from now... It might just be.

They are already making robots where you can say "carry this brick from point a to point b" and it will physically open up doors in order to accomplish the task. AI and robotics are going to make leaps and bounds in the next ten or twenty years.

Pretty soon Cherry 2000 will be here...
