The Senate has passed a bipartisan bill to protect Mueller from being fired by the Donald.
The bill will probably not become law though but it does fire a warning shot at the Donald.

Yeah, that's the committee...not the full Senate.
And you're right, it's completely unconstitutional. Mueller is under the Executive Branch. Which IS the President Of The United States. |

Trump has given no indication he wants to fire Mueller. This is dumb. He is perfectly within his rights to do so if he chooses.
